Mission Statement of the WDCDC It shall be the mission of the Western District Community Development Corporation to promote the welfare of the mind, body, and soul of the citizens of Western North Carolina, with particular interest in those who are the poor, the young, and the elderly, through educational training and economic development.






Gold Membership Privileges: Highest membership level; requires a $500.00 donation for a 5-Year term. Members at this level will receive a complimentary half page ad on the first year of membership and honorable mention among Gold Members in the publication of the WDCDC Souvenir Journal. Eligible to vote when corporate members' involvement is warranted. Membership begins on January 1st and expires at the end of December.	Silver Membership Privileges: Second highest membership level; requires a $250.00 donation for a 2-Year term. Members at this level receive honorable mention among Silver Members in the publication of the WDCDC Souvenir Journal. Eligible to vote when corporate members' involvement is warranted. Membership begins on January 1st and expires at the end of December	General Membership Privileges: General Members are required to make a $ 10.00 donation for a 1 Year term. Members at this level receive honorable mention among General Members in the publication of the WDCDC Souvenir Journey. Eligible to vote when corporate members' involvement is warranted. Membership begins on January 1st and expires at the end of December.
